Bio
Clair is a North American visual artist, commercial photographer, documentarian, and book designer, currently serving as the Resident Artist at the Living Arts Centre in Mississauga. Her work explores the intersection of narrative and image, embedding the personal stories of her subjects within her photography. Clair's artistic research delves into the complex relationships between Canadian landscapes, wildlife, and human interaction.
With extensive experience as both a freelance photographer and art instructor, Clair combines creative expertise with a passion for teaching. She earned an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Photography from Sheridan College (2019) and a Master of Fine Arts in Documentary Media (2022).
In her spare time, Clair enjoys reading and building her book and CD collections. On sunny summer days, you can find her with her two dogs in the garden tending to her vegetables.
